FAQ

It's my first time! What do I need to know?

We do ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts to ensure the best possible experience. If you are not in class and ready to work by the time it begins, you could lose your spot. Let the front desk staff and your coach know that you are new to Studio 21 and they will give you a tour and assist you with class preparation. Please bring water and energy! Wear athletic clothes, and if you are wearing long pants, please make sure they are tapered at the bottom. We provide fresh towels. Please wear athletic tennis shoes. Please visit the BUY page to purchase classes.

Do you offer private rides, charity rides or corporate rides?

What type of class should I reserve?

All of our classes provide a high-intensity workout that combines strength training and cardio. Our cycle classes are driven by the beat of the music and fitness metrics to ensure you burn calories and can track your progress. Check the title of the class to see if there is a theme, get an idea of what music will be played and the format of the class. All classes are appropriate for all fitness levels, because you can go at your own pace, although you will be challenged and encourage to push your limits. If you are injured or pregnant, please let your coach know so they can provide you with modifications. If you have questions about what class packages or memberships are best for you, please ask our front desk. Hey! The class I want to take is full!

You can request to be placed on the waitlist for any class that is full. There are a limited number of spots on the waitlist. If a spot in class opens up, you will be automatically booked in the class. If someone enrolled in the class cancels prior to start time and you get into the class, you will receive an email. If you do not receive an email, you may come to the studio to see if someone fails to show up for class, allowing a space in the class for you. Unfortunately, we cannot be certain that you will be guaranteed a spot in class. To avoid being charged a no show fee or losing credits, be sure to take yourself off of the waitlist by accessing your account online if you cannot attend class. Read our Terms and Conditions for more information.

How do I measure my results?

Your cycling performance metrics are archived in your account, online. You will also receive an email after each class with a summary of your results.

I'm pregnant (or have some other medical condition).

Although many expectant mothers have taken our classes, we suggest you consult your physician before taking a class. Please tell your coach about any injury or medical condition.
